Privacy policy

Who we are

Norliven AI is a founder-led business operated by Mahamat Tidjani Fadoul. Company registration is in progress; registered details will be added here once complete. For privacy questions, use the contact form and mention “privacy” in your message.

What we collect through this website

When you send the contact form we store:

• your name, optional company, work email and preferred language
• the service you selected and your message
• the page you sent it from and the time it was received
• a random reference used to prevent duplicate submissions

We do not use the form data for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it. Your IP address is used briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions and is not saved with your enquiry. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (including IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting; these are rotated routinely.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a possible engagement. Our lawful basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on a private server rented from a hosting provider and accessible only to Norliven AI. When email alerts are switched on, a copy of each enquiry is sent to our business inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). If you email us directly, your message is handled in that same inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they become part of a customer relationship, after which they are handled under that agreement. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Demonstrations

The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional records. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored.
