Monitoring, maintenance, knowledge updates, fixes, reporting and agreed improvements.
Usage
AI model, telephony and messaging usage is either passed through at cost or covered by an agreed allowance, with overage pricing set in advance.
Paid pilot first
Most engagements start with one bounded, paid pilot: one workflow, limited integrations, a measured baseline and agreed acceptance tests. Complex or private deployments begin with paid discovery.
